Slowly cooked lentils with coriander and honey

The favorite dish of the Minoans

Serves 4
-500 gr organic lentils
-2 teaspoons of coriander powder
-1 teaspoon of thyme
-1 tablespoon of organic honey
sea salt
Olive oil
Laurel

Place the lentils together with coriander, honey and thyme in a cooking pot and add water to cover them.
Boil over medium heat, adding hot water if necessary.
When the lentils become mushy, add a laurel leaf and remove it from the heat.
Add salt, olive oil and serve.
