Drain and place them in a bowl with ice-cold water<br \/>\nto stop the cooking and maintain the bright green color.\u00a0Finely chop the onion and the mint and peel the garlic.<br \/>\nIn a nonstick frying pan put 2-3 tablespoons olive oil.\u00a0Grate the pepper and just leave it for a little bit to warm up<br \/>\ninto the olive oil over medium heat until it starts to release\u00a0its aromas. Add the chopped onion the garlic clove and<br \/>\nsome of the finely chopped mint while lowering the heat\u00a0(we do not want to burn the onion and garlic). Saut\u00e9 for a<br \/>\nwhile till the onions get a golden color and sweeten.\u00a0Remove the garlic clove. Drain beans well and pour them<br \/>\ninto the pan while turning the heat up. Mix well. Once the\u00a0beans warm again turn down the heat and add the<br \/>\ncrumbled feta. When the feta cheese begins to melt\u00a0remove the pan from the heat. Add the rest of the chopped<br \/>\nmint to the beans. Mix well.\u00a0Sprinkle with plenty G.E.T.
