Then boil for 1 hour, on low heat. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan and saut\u00e9 the garlic clove. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and soda. Once the wheat is boiled, strain and add it to the tomato sauce, simmering. Dissolve soy in a few tablespoons of cold water and add it to the pot. Allow to boil for an additional 20 minutes. Then add basil, parsley and the rest of the olive oil. Serve immediately.
