Baked Eggplant Spread with Chios Mastiha
Ingredients: Eggplant 65% (Greek origin), Extra virgin olive oil, Onion, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Raisin, Garlic, Pine nut, Chios Mastiha 0,5%, Acidity Regulator: CIitric acid.
Prepared with 75g of eggplant per 100g of final product.
