By entering, browsing or using our webpage www.terrapura.gr you are declaring that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with the rules and conditions in force as regards all services and products provided by it. Our webpage reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew the conditions of its operation according to its needs and mercantile ethics.

Privacy policy

Our webpage www.terrapura.gr is operating in accordance with articles 11-13 of L. 2472/1997 for the protection of personal data and guarantees that the personal information that you will be required to provide us with upon registration, will be used for the exclusive cause of rendering the appropriate services to you. If you approve, we will send you from time to time newsletters concerning new products, services or offers provided by our website in order to secure the quality of the provided services.

Orders- Payment options

In order for you to place an order, you will first need to subscribe to our webpage www.terrapura.gr , by following the relevant instructions provided there. The order is completed once payment of the full amount of the products chosen by you along with the delivery costs has been effected, VAT included.

Payments are effected by the options described below:

By credit card-Visa or Mastercard, through a safe platform powered by NBG BANK
By cash payment upon delivery, with additonal cost  (only within Greece)
By direct deposit of the amount to our Bank account.

In case you are willing to pay by direct deposit to our bank account, kindly send us the relevant document proving the deposit, by email  along with your personal details, i.e. name, surname and number of your order. Once the above document is received, we dispatch your order for delivery to you.


Once payment of your order has been effected you will receive an automated confirming email with reference to the quantities, types of products etc that you have  selected in order to confirm its accuracy as to content along with the details regarding the address of delivery provided by you. In case a delivery in a wrong address takes place, based on the information you provided us with, we bear no liability and you will be charged with the return and redelivery costs.

Shipping of the products takes place within 2 working days, as long as all products ordered by you are available in stock. In case a certain product is out of stock for some reason, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to provide you with information concerning the estimated time of delivery.

Delivery of the products is made by ELTA Courier or other Courier  the next business day of the shipment, for shipments in Attica or ‘in Town’ and within 3-7 working days from shipping for the islands of Greece or for remote/inaccessible areas. Our company is not liable for any delays regarding the delivery process due to force majeure and beyond our company’s liability.

You are obliged to sign the relevant receipt upon delivery of the products.

Deliveries abroad will be made by the Greek Post Services ELTA or by TNT. For deliveries up to 2 kg the cost has as following:

For deliveries of larger amounts of goods the prices will be automatically calculated by our system.

Delivery of the products by ELTA to countries – members of the European Union takes place within 3 -7 working days. Delivery of the products to other countries takes place within 5 -10 working days

Delivery of the products by TNT takes place the next working day of shipment for EU countries and 3 working days for the rest of the world.

For deliveries out of Greece, the email confirming your order must include a statement by you declaring that the products ordered can be imported to your country-country of delivery, along with a confirmation that you are undertaking all liabilities for costs generated from any legal or customs issue that may arise during delivery of your order.

CAUTION: Our company is not liable for any duties or other charges possibly imposed upon importation of the products into the country of destination-delivery, while all other possible expenses will be solely and exclusively charged on you. In case of any claim or lawsuit against our site, due to your own fault, you are obliged to pay any fine or penalty imposed on us.

Order cancellation

Your order can be cancelled ONLY in case your products have not yet been delivered to you and your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been delivered to you, you are charged with the delivery expenses and/or costs for the redelivery of the products.

A refund or replacement of the products is not permitted as regards food products.

A refund due to cancellation of the order can only take place in case you provide us with proof regarding the receipt by you of products different to the ones ordered. You can contact us at +30 210 6626314 or by sending an email to us, explaining the reason why you wish to cancel your order and our stuff will immediately provide you with information on all the options available to you.


You do not have the right to cancel an order concerning food products that have already been delivered to you. In case of a product return due to our company’s fault, terrapura.gr must be informed immediately, maximum within 7 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted only if all products and sealing are in former original (factory) conditions. All product returns must be accompanied by the relevant documentation (invoice/retail receipt). Any return by you is effected at your responsibility and all products must be properly packed again by you so that they can be protected during shipping. The parcel must be reshipped to us –Attention Returns Office- by the same courier used for the delivery of the product to you.

Limitation of liability

All content of our webpage www.terrapura,gr must in no case be deemed as direct or indirect advice to its users for the undertaking of any action. Each user can evaluate the content of our webpage according to its own discretion and act independently, based on its own will, our liability being excluded. The terms and conditions of the operation of our webpage are subject to Greek, European and International Law. Any possible dispute arising from transactions made through the present webpage is subject to the Greek Courts jurisdiction.
