Our traditional Cretan mini Rusk is made using only natural ingredients such as water, olive oil, high quality flour and Carob Powder.

It has no preservatives or additives. Its taste is unique owing to our Carob Powder which is well-known for its health benefits.

It is rich in dietary fiber and has all the ingredients of a proper nutritional diet. It is bite-sized, slightly sweet, carob-flavored and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
