Freeze-drying (or lyophilization) is a method of dehydration under conditions of low
pressure & temperature. With this procedure, the nutritional ingredients and taste
remain unchanged, while the shelf life of the product increases without the addition of preservatives and it does no longer require storage in the refrigerator.
Chickpea Hummus Salad Powder Mix MastihaShop 2x30gr
Ingredients: Chickpea flour 92%, onion, salt, garlic, sweet paprika, white pepper.
Allergen advice: No allergens contained.
Use 1 sachet (30g) to prepare one portion of chickpea hummus salad 130g. The 2 sachets correspond to portions of 2 to 4 people.
Preparation instructions: add 80ml of water for each sachet of hummus mix (30g) and stir well for approximately 1 minute, until it becomes creamy. Then add 20ml of olive oil and stir. You can enjoy your spread as soon as you make it or you can store it in the refrigerator to be consumed within 2 days.
Serving suggestion: optionally add tahini (sesame seed spread) and lemon.
