The Rapti Estate of Nemea’s Leontios, apart from Agiorgitiko, has many successful varieties. It is proven by ‘Chnaria’ wine, where three white varieties are nicely combined, with Moschofilero and Malvasia giving extrovert character and the Roditis seriousness in a very good quality wine.

Fermentation Characteristics: 4-day pre-fermentation 8-10 ° C, Fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel (18-28 ° C). Features: red color with violet shades, plum aromas, cinnamon and cherry, balanced mouth, soft tannins.
- Rose Dry Wine “MERLIN” 2016 – “Raptis Estate”: Merlin is an attractive rosé wine from Merlot that did not follow the trend of rosé wines in the rosé style of Provence but has a deep rose flavour. Its aromas and flavors are fruity and remind us of cherries, strawberries and sour cherries along with notes of butter and rose caramel. The taste is cool and balanced with enough sweet spices to appear in the aftertaste. The absolute rosé, derived from 14 hours of cold-extraction, fermentation at low temperatures. It stayed with thin sludge for 2 months.
