Kourabie Bites Nea Karvali w Almonds and Mastic of Chios: ‘Kourabiedes’ are one of the Greek traditional desserts for Christmas, such as ‘melomakarona’, ‘christopsoma’ and of course ‘baklava’ and ‘kantaifi’. All these had in common that were made with local, fresh ingredients and kept out of the refrigerator for several days, without using any preservatives.

2. Mastiha Liqueur ENOSIS: ENOSIS is Greek for union. People under the same believe and care, gathered, inspired and created a unique spirit the original Mastiha liqueur. Chios Mastiha, this unique resin gifted with a distinctive flavour and aroma, travelled through time as a special ingredient of the Mediterranean nutrition. Chios Mastiha represents the Grower’s Spirit, a whole theory, that unites faith, labour, know how and originality.

3. Organic Handmade Dark Chocolate w 70% Cocoa, Raisins & Hazelnut: Excellent Handmade Organic Dark Chocolate with 70% cocoa, raisins & hazelnut. Ingredients: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, hazelnuts 10%, currants 5%. Emulsifier: Soy lecithin. vanilla extract, cocoa 70%.
