Amaranth flour is a highly nutritious product.
To make bread we have to mix it with other flours with a ratio of 1 part amaranth to 4 parts other flours.
It is three times higher in fiber and five times higher in iron than wheat flour.
It also has twice the calcium content of milk as does phosphorus, potassium, vitamins A and C.
Contains tocotrienols (vitamin E form and linoleic acid).
