Organic Chestnut Honey ‘Abaton’
Produced from the nectar and honey-dew secretions chestnut and linden, and both are good bee plants, since they give pollen and honey of exceptional quality.
Apart from the trace elements, it is considered to act as an astringent in cases dysentery, favoring blood circulation, and are perhaps the most varied plousio- microelements, potassium, magnesium, manganese and barium.
Some years the nectar of chestnut same time we have successful nectar of linden (lime) at this altitude.
Our Apiary for this honey is active on Mount Athos.
Organic Chestnut Honey ‘Abaton’ 850gr
The ABATON company has dual headquarters in Chalkidiki and New Redesto Thessaloniki. Although they were beekeepers many generations back in time the company was officially founded in 1990 and got its name from the no-go areas of the Greek countryside which they visit to collect honey.
