This is a handmade barley pasta made exclusively with organic-milled semolina milled in a stone mill with added turmeric for great taste and color as well as the addition of pea protein that gives the absolute balance between proteins and carbohydrates.
It contains 22g of protein per 100g making the product suitable for athletes and people who want pasta with a high protein content.
