It is collected from the secretions of the autumn Oak in the ravines and the verdant slopes of
Mount Parnon (Arcadia) in the Southeastern Peloponnese at an altitude of 200m. - 800m. 
from the beginning of October to the end of November with a particularly unpredictable production 
due to its sensitivity to weather changes.
