Sodium bicarbonate (soda) has been  used for many years in cooking, but there is much more to this wonderful product that we need to know.

It has a beneficial effect on the alkalinisation of the body, neutralizes harmful acids and helps restore the pH balance of your body to the optimum level.

Use: 1/2 teaspoon of soda a day in a glass of water. Stir well.
