Organic Lemon Verbena Herb ‘Aroma Fysis’ 20gr

Use:
As a beverage: Boil 3g Louisa in a cup of water.
As infusion: With 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of warm water. Leave it for 10 minutes, strain and drink. 1 to 3 cups per day for insomnia, (a cup of cool in the evening before bedtime).
In the Kitchen: Gives flavor and lemon aroma in sauces that accompany white meat or fish, fits in soups and salads, while its fresh leaves flavor sweets (eg cakes, ice cream) and beverages.
