Organic oak tree Honey ‘Fasilis’ 950gr

Its production depends on the particular climatic conditions of the oak forests and hence Oak Honey is not produced every year.

It is usually a dark honey with special aroma and special, full bodied, rich flavor.

It is not particularly sweet, is rich in antioxidants and contains large amounts of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and sodium.

After harvesting, the honey is carefully filtered and packed directly into glass jars in the modern facilities of the Fasilis family. The whole process does not exceed one month from the time of harvest. Honey is then stored in dark and dry spaces, at low temperature, ready to be released for consumption.
