One of the most popular herbs, that relishes food and collect the most interesting therapeutic properties. In the past years people thought that this herb only grew in the yard of righteous people and because it was able to strengthen memory, became a symbol of loyalty, friendship and remembrance. The ancient Greek students wore garlands of rosemary in the head when they study for exams.
Use:
Accompanies all lamb dishes, fish, beef, rabbit, chicken, even potatoes, vegetables and rice. As a decoction: A twig with three flowers in boiling water with a cup of hot drink before bedtime. As infusion: One teaspoon of leaves or flowers in a cup of boiling water. Strain after 10 minutes.
