Use 1 sachet (30g) to prepare one portion of broad bean fava salad 130g. The 2 sachets correspond to portions of 2 to 4 people.

Preparation instructions: add 80ml of water for each sachet of broad bean fava mix (30g) and stir well for approximately 1 minute, until it becomes creamy. Then add 20ml of olive oil and stir. You can enjoy your spread as soon as you make it or you can store it in the refrigerator to be consumed within 2 days.

Serving suggestion: optionally you can serve with dried onion and vinegar or capers.
