How can I consume it?
- It is mainly used as a substitute for rice (eg as garnish with fish or meat, stuffed peppers with millet, spinach, vegetable millet).
Place a mug of millet with 2 cups of salted water (generally 1: 2 ratio) in a saucepan and let it boil over low heat until it absorbs all its water (about 10 min).
- In soups. Ten minutes before you remove your soup from the fire, throw the millet.

- Combine it with legumes
- Combine boiled millet with yogurt, honey, raisins and nuts. Ideal for all all day and it will give you energy
