Initial taste of fruity flavors from yellow fruits mainly quince. Body with lemon sourness, fruity and fine flavors that last. Served at 10-12 °C. It accompanies fish, shellfish, pasta, dishes of Mediterranean cooking, rich aromatic cheese and salty cold meat
2. Organic Red Wine ‘MAVROUDI’ 2010: Greek Lakonian Red Local Wine.‘Mavroudi’ 100%. Organic, Vol 12,5% alc. Deep red colour, exquisite bouquet, bringing in mind flavors of cherry and milk chocolate, with a rich, full body in the mouth and an intense aftertaste. Served at 18 °C. It accompanies a variety of rich fatty meat with intense sauces, spicy cheese and cold meat.
