For the recipe ‘Delicious Sugar Free Vegan cookies with Emelia Molasses’ :
Half bottle of Emelia molasses
350gr olive oil
400 – 450 g flour
1 shot of ouzo or other drink
1 tbsp. baking soda
We pour into a bowl and mix molasses, olive oil, cinnamon & cloves to melt.
Dilute the baking soda to ouzo or brandy. Pour it into the mixture. Mix everything well, add flour and knead.
Divide the dough into 3 balls and open the dough with the rolling pin.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chop with cookie cutter any design we want and put in the pan. Optionally put cooking paper in the pan.
After preheating the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
