Natural Sea Salt  from island Kythira.

The salt is collected by local fishermen from the natural cavities formed on the rocks.  Following the traditional process, they allow it to sun-dry, then the white flakes are carefully packed.

It contains  increased levels of potassium and magnesium other minerals, being an exceptional source of minerals and trace elements for the human body.It  has a lower sodium chloride concentration, and therefore are not as harmful tohypertension.
